The six most common questions

I haven't trained in years. Is that a problem?

Answer
No, returning trainees are the norm for us. We start with a few basic exercises on guided machines, where the machine defines the movement path – this is easier to learn than free weight training. In the first few weeks, the weights deliberately stay low, because tendons and ligaments need more time to adapt than muscles. After about six to eight weeks, we adjust the plan together.
