The people on the floor.
At Puls Fitness, you're not looked after by whoever happens to be free, but by a dedicated contact person who knows your plan, keeps an eye on your technique and recognises you in class.
Dedicated contact persons
One face that knows your plan.
Anyone who starts with us is assigned a dedicated contact person — the same one for the initial consultation, the induction and every plan change after that.
Changing support costs time: you have to explain your knee surgery for the third time, or someone changes a plan without knowing its history. That's why one person stays responsible for you with us, from the initial consultation to the adjustment a few months later.
If your contact person is on holiday or in a class, a colleague steps in — with your saved plan, your starting weights and the notes you gave during the initial consultation.
- Initial consultation about your history, goals and available time
- Machine induction with seat positions and starting weights
- A written plan you can take with you
- Technique correction right on the floor, no appointment needed
- Alternative exercises for complaints or pre-existing conditions
- Plan review as soon as the weights no longer challenge you
Areas of responsibility
Six tasks, clearly divided.
Our trainers work with fixed areas of focus — so everyone on the team immediately knows who's the right contact for your request.

Initial consultation and induction
Records your history, goals and available training time, walks you through every machine on your plan once, and notes seat positions and starting weights.

Support during equipment training
Available on the floor throughout opening hours, corrects technique without an appointment and adjusts weights when a set has become too easy.

Class instruction

Personal coaching
Guides one-to-one sessions for anyone who wants closer supervision: technique on free weights, workload management, preparation for specific goals.

Getting back into training
Looks after anyone who hasn't trained in a long time, or ever: small starting weights, few machines, a plan that stays doable in thirty minutes.

Reception and membership
Answers questions about contracts, cancellations and pausing, books trial sessions and initial consultations, and takes feedback about the class schedule.
Learn moreSupport and classes
The floor and the studio share the same schedule.
Whoever leads a class is on the training floor before and after it — that's why our class instructors know the people from the equipment area, and vice versa.
How we divide up support
Every shift has one person who stays on the training floor and one who takes charge of the studio. Both exchange information at shift changeover: who's new, who's coming back from an injury break, who's asked about a plan change. So your request doesn't get stuck with one person, even if they're not there right now.
- Floor support staffed throughout, no appointment needed
- Class instructor in the room a quarter of an hour before class starts
- Notes on plans, pre-existing conditions and goals kept centrally
- Handover between floor and studio at shift changeover
- One-to-one personal coaching sessions outside peak times

You'll walk through the studio with a trainer, try out a few machines and ask the questions you didn't want to ask on the phone.

Background, goals, time available per week, old injuries. From this information your plan is created — and from that it's determined who on the team will support you going forward.
- 4
Equipment induction
Your contact person adjusts every machine in your plan to fit you, notes seat positions and starting weights, and walks you through the movements.
- 5
Fine-tuning during ongoing training
If weights become too light, discomfort arises or your week changes, we adjust the plan. Just speak to us about it on the training floor.
