First the induction, then the first rep
We show you every machine on your plan and adjust it to your body measurements. After that, you train independently – with a plan we fine-tune together as you progress.
Application
What machine training is good for
On a machine, the movement is guided: seat height, lever length and weight are all set before you do your first rep. That makes getting started predictable.
Anyone returning after a longer break first needs to rebuild resilience – not set records. That's why our plans usually start with a few machines, moderate weights and cleanly executed sets. Strength and mobility come back when the load increases regularly, in small steps.
A core that sits all day can also be targeted specifically on the machines: lower back, upper back and leg muscles each get their own exercises. If you have any complaints, please talk to your doctor beforehand – we'll then adjust the plan accordingly.
Common goals among our members
- Building strength without figuring out free weights alone
- Targeting the back after long days at a desk
- Finding a rhythm again after months or years off
- Building endurance alongside strength training
- Using a fixed 45- to 60-minute training window
- Training hip and shoulder mobility alongside strength
Our training floor
Four areas on one floor
The zones sit side by side, not on different floors – you move between them within your plan without walking across the building.

Strength machines
Guided stations for back, chest, shoulders, legs and core. We note your seat and lever settings in your plan, so you can find them again in seconds next time.

Free weights
Dumbbell rack, weight benches and racks for anyone who wants to go beyond guided movement. We'll show you the technique before you work here on your own.

Cardio
Treadmills, ergometers, cross trainers and rowing machines – as a warm-up before strength training or as a standalone session on training-free days.

Mobility and stretching
A separate mat area with foam rollers, bands and blocks. This is where your mobilisation exercises from your plan take place, without having to sit between machines.

How the start works
From the initial consultation to your second plan
Four appointments lie between your first conversation and your revised plan. We always hold the first one before your first training session, never after.
Initial consultation

We talk about your goal, your daily routine, any previous injuries and the time you can set aside each week. This takes around 30 minutes. What's discussed here shapes the plan – not a standard program.

You go through every machine in your plan with a trainer: setting, range of motion, breathing, weight. We note down your seat position and starting weight right away.

You receive the plan in writing – exercises, sets, reps, rest periods and the order across the floor. From your next session on, you train independently with it.

After around eight weeks, we sit down together again: what went smoothly, what didn't, where we're increasing the load. The plan gets adjusted, not just extended. After that, we continue at the same rhythm.
Support
How your training plan comes together
An off-the-shelf plan doesn't achieve much. That's why we only write your plan after we've seen you on the machines.
In the initial consultation, we discuss your goal, your background, and how many sessions per week are realistic. This is followed by the check: blood pressure, body weight, shoulder and hip mobility, and an assessment of core stability. With two sessions a week, you'll usually get a full-body plan; from three sessions on, we split into upper and lower body. We deliberately set starting weights low and only increase them once the last repetition still looks clean.
Your plan lists the seat position, weight, sets, repetitions, and rest time between sets for every exercise. After about six to eight weeks, the body adapts to the stimulus — at that point we adjust, swap exercises, or increase the volume. This plan revision is included in your membership and costs nothing extra.
- Initial consultation and check: about 45 minutes
- Step-by-step equipment induction at every station
- Plan available digitally in the app and as a printout
- Plan revision every six to eight weeks
- Training floor continuously staffed with supervision
