How your start works
From first contact to regular training: we take the journey with you in clear, understandable steps — first talk, then try it out, then plan.
Getting started
Five steps, no surprises
Before your first session, we clarify what you want to achieve and what's physically possible. Only then does a plan take shape — and it's created with you, not at a desk.
- 1
Enquiry
Write to us via the form on the contact page or call +49 30 23125103. Briefly tell us what you have in mind: getting back into training, building strength, stabilising your back. That's all we need to begin.
- 2
Scheduling an appointment
We'll suggest a time for your trial training. Since we're open Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm and on weekends from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, we can usually find a slot before work or after your day ends.
- 3
Trial training
First a conversation about your goals, any pre-existing conditions, and your daily routine, then a walk through the training area: you try out the machines and are shown how to adjust them. A membership isn't required for this.
- 4
Instruction and training plan
We define your plan together — exercises, order, weights, rest periods. Afterwards, we go through every machine in the plan once, until your seating position and range of motion feel right. From then on, you train independently, but not alone.
- 5
Regular check-ins
At intervals agreed with you, we review how training is going: what's become easier, where there's tension, what's enjoyable. This forms the basis for the next version of your plan.
Timeline
The first weeks of training
At the start, it's about technique and getting used to things, not weights. Once you've mastered clean movement, you can progress much faster later on.
-
Getting acquainted
Trial training and instruction. You get to know the training area, find your training times, and discover which machines suit you. Weights are kept deliberately low.
-
Fundamentals
You train the agreed plan on a fixed rhythm. We're available on the floor and correct posture and settings if anything slips.
-
First plan adjustment
In the check-in arranged with you, we go through the plan: increasing weights, swapping exercises, adjusting volume. From here on, what started as an introduction becomes your own training.

Technique first, weight second
We go through every machine in your plan together once: seat height, lever position, range of motion, breathing. Only once that feels right do we increase the load.

What to bring with you
For the trial training, sportswear and a bit of time are enough. We take care of everything else beforehand — appointment, trainer, equipment, and plan.
What you bring
- Sportswear and clean indoor shoes
- A towel and something to drink
- Around 60 to 90 minutes for the conversation and trial training
- Information about any pre-existing conditions, surgeries, or complaints
- A rough idea of which days you'd like to train
What we prepare
- A fixed appointment with a trainer, not just a vague time window
- A one-on-one conversation before the first machine
- The machines that suit your goal
- Your written training plan after the instruction session
- A suggestion for when the first check-in makes sense
