A membership that fits your week
Three plans, one studio: you choose how much class access and how much personal support you need — and can switch during your term if your routine changes.
Our memberships
Three models, one studio
Someone who trains on the machines twice a week needs something different from someone taking five classes. That's why our models differ in scope, not in equipment.

Basic
For those who mainly train on the equipment. You'll receive a training plan, instruction on every machine, and can train during all opening hours.

Active
The most popular option: equipment training plus free booking from the entire class schedule, from back strengthening to indoor cycling.

Supervised
With a dedicated contact person and regular one-on-one sessions. Ideal after a longer break, in case of health issues, or when you have a specific goal in mind.
The comparison
What's included in each model
Training hours, class booking, and level of support are the three points where our models differ — everything else applies equally to every member.

Some things aren't on our list of extras — they're simply part of the membership, from the first instruction session to the towel at the machine.
Process
Five steps to your membership
Between your first call and your first regular training week, there are usually seven to ten days. Here's how it works.
1. Schedule a trial training session

You get in touch by phone or via the contact form. We arrange an appointment outside peak hours so a trainer really has time for you. Please bring indoor shoes, sportswear, and a towel. The trial session lasts around 90 minutes and is non-binding — you won't sign anything on this day.

Before your first set on a machine, we clarify your starting point: previous sports experience, desk job or physical work, known issues with back, shoulder or knee, medications, available training time per week. This simply means recording your background. From this, we determine whether you should start with strength, mobility, or endurance.

A trainer adjusts the seat height, back padding, and lever lengths of each machine to your body measurements and notes the settings. You perform each exercise once under supervision so the movement path and pace are correct. These settings are later recorded on your plan, so you can adjust the machines yourself in seconds.

Only once you've decided do we go through the contract term, fee, and notice period point by point in the contract text. You receive a copy, the SEPA direct debit authorization, and your chip card for entry and your locker. We clarify questions about the fine print before signing, not after.

In your first training week, you start with a beginner's plan of six to eight exercises. After about six weeks, we meet again to review weights and technique and adjust the plan. After that, follow-up checks take place quarterly, at no extra cost for members.
