This week's class schedule
We run 17 classes from Monday to Saturday: back-strengthening in the morning, strength circuits and cycling in the evening, yoga and pilates to wind down. Every class can be booked individually.
How to Read It
The Schedule Is Set Every Sunday
Every Sunday evening, we update the schedule for the coming week — including all substitutions, cancellations, and extra classes confirmed by then.
Every class listing includes the time and duration. The duration includes warm-up and the final stretch — so a 60-minute class is genuinely over after 60 minutes. Arrive five to ten minutes early to leave time for setting up equipment or grabbing a mat.
- Beginner-friendly — classes with no prior experience needed, a slow pace, every exercise demonstrated
- Moderate pace — basics should be in place, intensity can be adjusted individually
- Challenging — high intensity throughout the full class, for regular participants

Finding Your Start
Which Session Suits Whom
Morning classes are deliberately calmer, evening sessions from 6 PM fit well after work — and Saturdays leave room for both.

How Class Sign-Up Works
Every class has a fixed number of participants so our trainers can correct every exercise. That's why every spot is reserved in advance — online, at reception, or by phone.
Reserve a Spot

Booking opens seven days before the course starts. Members can reserve through the member area, at reception, or by phone. If a class is full, you'll move onto the waiting list and be notified as soon as a spot opens up.

Booking opens seven days before the course starts. Members can reserve through the member area, at reception, or by phone. If a class is full, you'll move onto the waiting list and be notified as soon as a spot opens up.

Please arrive ten minutes before the start. During this time, check in at reception, get your mat, dumbbell, or step board, and let the instructor know if it's your first time or if you have any issues with your back, knee, or shoulder.

Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes and follows the same structure: about eight minutes of warm-up to raise your heart rate and body temperature, followed by the main part focusing on strength, endurance, or mobility, and finishing with stretching and breathing. All exercises are shown in an easier and a more challenging variation.

If you can't make it, please cancel at least two hours before the class starts. This way, someone from the waiting list can take your spot. Anyone who misses three classes without cancelling can only book on the same day for two weeks.
