Our offer
Equipment training, classes and personal support all under one roof: you decide whether to train freely, follow a class schedule, or be guided every step of the way.
Three ways to train here
Some come for free equipment training, others need an appointment in the calendar, and still others would rather not decide alone what makes sense. All three ways are equally valid with us.
Equipment training
Strength and cardio equipment in the open area, plus free weights and dedicated training zones. Before you start, we'll show you the seating position, weight and range of motion on every piece of equipment in your plan.
Learn moreClasses
Guided group sessions, from gentle mobility work to strengthening training. The trainer corrects as you go, so you don't have to put anything together yourself.
Learn moreClass schedule
Which class runs on which day and at what time is listed in the schedule. This lets you see before heading to the studio what fits your time window.
Learn morePersonal support
A trainer accompanies your plan over several sessions: checking technique, adjusting weights, increasing load. Useful after a break or when you have a specific goal.
Learn moreTrial training
A full session on the floor before you decide: a tour, a conversation about your goals and a first session. By appointment.
Learn moreMembership
What's included, how to become a member and what to keep in mind — we explain this on the membership page and in a personal conversation.
Learn moreEquipment or class – or both
Most of our members combine both: two sessions on the equipment for building strength, plus one class a week for mobility and a fixed appointment.
Equipment training: your pace, your time window
On the equipment, you decide when you come and how long you stay. Between 6am and 11pm on weekdays, you'll always find a time slot — even before work or after a late shift. Your plan isn't tied to any particular time.
- Instruction on every piece of equipment in your plan before you train alone
- Training plan tailored to your goal, after the initial consultation
- We adjust weights and repetitions together as you progress
- No appointment needed — just come within opening hours
Classes: fixed appointment, guidance included
In class, someone else does the thinking. The session is prepared, the sequence is set, and if a movement isn't quite right yet, you'll get a correction. This helps especially when your own discipline wavers.
- Guided group sessions, from beginner level to challenging classes
- A fixed weekly appointment — the best defence against procrastination
- All times and class types are listed in the class schedule
- You can join mid-year too

Guided, not left alone
In the class room, everything is prepared before the session begins. You don't need a plan in your head or any prior experience — just a spot on the mat.

All offers start the same way: with a trial session by appointment. This way you can take a calm look at the facility, and we can find out where it makes sense for you to start.
All you need to bring is sports shoes with clean soles, comfortable clothing and a towel. Plan for around 90 minutes – including a chat, an introduction and your first exercises. If you have any pre-existing conditions or complaints, please bring along any findings or notes from your doctor.
Process
After the trial session, in fixed stages
After the trial training, support continues in fixed stages. Each stage delivers a result you take home in writing: an assessment, an equipment briefing, a plan with weights and repetitions — and later, a revision of that plan.

We clarify your goal, your daily work routine and how many sessions per week are realistic. We also note any complaints, previous sports and breaks from training. People returning to exercise deliberately start lower than they think they can handle – this keeps the first few weeks pain-free.

We adjust seat height, levers and stops to your body measurements and note down the settings. At each machine we demonstrate the movement path, breathing and tempo. You perform each exercise once under supervision before it's added to your plan.

You receive a plan with exercise order, sets, repetitions and starting weights. For beginners, this usually means two sessions per week with six to eight exercises each, plus a class spot for balance.

After about six to eight weeks, we go through the plan together: which weights have become too light, which exercise is causing difficulty? We then increase the load or swap out exercises. This review is repeated regularly.
