Write to us, we respond
Whether it's a trial session, class slot or a question about membership: you can reach us by phone, e-mail or via the form on this page. We'll get back to you with a specific appointment suggestion.
How to reach us
Three ways, one point of contact
Someone from the trainer team is at reception throughout all opening hours – if you call, you'll speak directly with a person who knows the class schedule.

Phone
At +49 30 23125103 we can usually clarify class spots, preferred appointment times or contract questions in the same call. It's quickest in the morning between 09:00 and 11:00, when the studio floor is less busy.

Write to team@fitnessstudio-puls.invalid. We answer messages received on weekdays within 24 hours – with an appointment suggestion if you include your preferred time frame right away.

In person
Industriestraße 40 in 44379 Dortmund. Feel free to stop by without an appointment, and we'll show you around the facility. For the detailed consultation of around 45 minutes, an appointment is preferable.

Your preferred appointment in one form
The more precisely you describe your request and preferred time frame, the more likely our reply will already include a fixed appointment instead of a follow-up question.
Opening hours
From six in the morning to ten at night
The off-peak times before seven and after eight in the evening are popular with working people and correspondingly quiet – you'll rarely have to wait for equipment then.

Process
From enquiry to first training session
So you know what happens after your message: here's every step leading up to your first session on the equipment — what we prepare, and what you should bring.
1. Response to Your Inquiry

We usually answer messages from the form on the same working day, at the latest by the following working day. We suggest two to three appointment options for a trial session and only ask what's necessary beforehand: When can you train, have there been longer training breaks, are there any issues with knees, shoulders or back that we should be aware of.

We usually answer messages from the form on the same working day, at the latest by the following working day. We suggest two to three appointment options for a trial session and only ask what's necessary beforehand: When can you train, have there been longer training breaks, are there any issues with knees, shoulders or back that we should be aware of.

Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment. We'll show you the changing rooms, showers, lockers and the three areas: strength machines, free weights with weight benches, and the cardio area. We'll also explain how the machine settings work and where you can view your training plan at any time.

In conversation, we clarify your goal, your daily routine and any pre-existing conditions. This is followed by a short movement check: squats, core stability, shoulder mobility. We are not a medical practice — if you have existing diagnoses, we ask you to obtain clearance from your doctor, and we'll tailor your training accordingly.

You'll train for around 45 to 60 minutes with guidance. We adjust seat height, levers and weights, note the values, and show you the pace and breathing for each exercise. Please bring: sportswear, clean indoor shoes, a towel and a water bottle. You can get a lock for your locker at the front desk.

To finish, we discuss your training plan, the right membership and the contract term. The fee depends on the scope you choose: training hours, use of classes, and contract duration. You decide in peace at home — we don't pressure anyone to sign at the counter.
