Training that fits into your working day
Short, plannable sessions before your shift, during your lunch break or after work – with a plan built around two fixed sessions per week.
Training alongside your job
Two fixed sessions beat six good resolutions
If you're working shifts, projects, or field service, you plan training around gaps, not desire. That's why we design your plan around two sessions per week – short enough for a lunch break, complete enough for visible progress.

Short session in 30 minutes
A full-body circuit on six machines, with no waiting time in between. Fits into a lunch break, including changing and showering.

Off-peak hours in the morning
Between 6:00 and 9:00 am, the floor is at its quietest. Those who train before work will find machines free and have the rest of the day to themselves.

Classes after work
From back training to strength endurance, evening classes start at staggered times, so even a later finish at work still leaves enough time.

Plan for two sessions
Your training plan spreads work on the whole body across two sessions. If a week is missed, the structure still holds.

Short distances in the northeast
Industriestraße 40 is close to the industrial areas in Dortmund-Bodelschwingh and Huckarde – parking directly at the building.

Rebook instead of skip
Cancel a class spot, reschedule an appointment, swap a session: keeping your plan flexible means staying on track even in busy weeks.
Your week
Three time windows that work for your everyday job
Most of our working members train in one of three windows – and stick with it because the appointment lives in their calendar, not just in their head.
Before work
From 6:00 AM, the floor is free, and a circuit takes 30 to 40 minutes. Anyone out the door by 7:15 AM makes it to their desk on time.
- Strength circuit on six machines
- No waiting for the bench or rack
- No wait for the shower
During your lunch break
For a 60-minute break, we plan a compact session without heavy leg load – so your afternoon at the office doesn't turn into a struggle.
- 30 minutes of pure training time
- Back, core, shoulders
- Moderate intensity, not a muscle-soreness program
After work
Classes run between 5:00 and 10:00 PM, with the last class starting at 8:30 PM. After that, the floor stays open until closing.
- Classes lasting 45 to 60 minutes
- Registration up to 60 minutes before start
- Last session until 10:00 PM
What a plan alongside your job means
Process
A 45-minute session in detail
So that a workout fits between the end of your workday and dinner, every session runs on a fixed schedule. Here's what a typical round in the equipment area looks like.
5-Minute Warm-Up

Rowing machine, cross trainer or exercise bike on a low level. The aim is a raised body temperature, not exhaustion – you should still be able to talk while doing it.

Rowing machine, cross trainer or exercise bike on a low level. The aim is a raised body temperature, not exhaustion – you should still be able to talk while doing it.

Six to eight stations alternating between pulling and pushing exercises, such as leg press, lat pulldown, chest press and back extension. Two sets per station, with a 60-second break in between. Your seat heights and weights are noted on your training plan, so there's no need to readjust.

Core exercises on the mat or free exercises with dumbbells. If you're short on time, cut this first – the circuit stays complete.

Stretching the muscle groups worked and a brief note in your training plan: weights achieved, repetitions, anything noteworthy. This forms the basis for your next progression.
Time Slots
When you can train in peace
Studio traffic varies noticeably throughout the day. Choosing your time slot deliberately saves you waiting time at the machines and gets you through the circuit faster. The overview below describes our usual pattern on weekdays.
Scroll table sideways
| Time Slot | Traffic | Good For |
|---|---|---|
| Early morning, before work | low | Machine circuit with no waiting, a fixed routine before the office |
| Mid-morning | low | Shift work, home office, parental leave, relaxed technique training |
| Lunch break | medium | A short 30-to-45-minute session, shower included |
| Right after work | high | Class attendance – your spot in class is reserved, machines are busier |
| Late evening | low | Relaxed training, longer sets, team advice available |
