Rooms and areas

Four areas, one path through them

From reception, you walk past the changing rooms straight onto the training area; the studio room is separated behind it, so music and instructions don't carry over into machine training.

In-house classes

The studio room is located behind the training area

An enclosed room instead of a corner of the floor

We deliberately separated the class area: those taking a class can hear the instructions, while those training on the machines next door stay undisturbed. Mats, dumbbells, bands and balls are provided in the room – all you need to bring is a towel and indoor shoes.

  • Mirror wall spanning the entire length of the room
  • Sprung wooden floor for jumping and standing loads
  • Small equipment kept in the room, set up handled by the class instructor

Facilities

What's on the floor

Around the training areas is the service zone: separate changing rooms for women and men, lockable lockers in two sizes, showers with individual cabins, and an accessible restroom. Hair dryers, benches and shelves are provided; please bring your own towel – a towel is required on the upholstery. Disinfectant and paper towels are available at every equipment island. Water dispensers in the entrance area are free to use, and you can have bottles refilled at the counter.

  • Lockers with your own key or combination lock, valuables compartments at the counter for keys and wallets
  • Showers with individual cabin and anteroom, slip-resistant flooring, seating aid in the accessible cabin
  • Step-free access from the street to the training area, elevator to the studio room, corridors at least 90 centimeters wide
  • Equipment cleaned twice daily by the team, plus self-service cleaning stations
  • Free parking directly at the building, covered bicycle racks next to the entrance

Induction

Finding your way around the floor

No one stands helplessly in front of a leg press on their first day. Before your first independent workout, a trainer guides you through the floor in four steps – this takes about 60 minutes and is included in every membership.

First, we clarify what you bring to the table: previous injuries, back or knee issues, how many appointments per week are realistic, and whether you work shifts. From this, we determine whether you should start on machines, in the class room, or with a combination of both. The conversation takes about 15 minutes.

Utilization

When the Floor Is Quiet

Those getting back into training prefer working out without a queue at the bench press. The peak is on weekdays between 5:30 and 7:30 PM, as many come straight after work. It's noticeably quieter in the mornings until 10 AM, at midday between 11 AM and 3 PM, and from 8:30 PM onward. On weekends, activity is spread evenly throughout the morning.
