Plannable training despite full-time work
Puls Fitness opens at 6:00 am on weekdays and doesn't close until 11:00 pm. This means your training has a fixed place in the week — before the office, during your lunch break, or after work.
Before work, at lunch, in the evening
On weekdays our doors are open for 17 hours, from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. This creates three time windows in which training also fits alongside a full-time job.
Before the working day
The studio is open from 6:00 am. Anyone starting at 6:15 am is back on their way to work after a brief hour including a shower — with training already done before the first appointment can push it aside.
Learn moreDuring the lunch break
Industriestraße 40 is located in a commercial area, and many members arrive on foot or within a few minutes by car. A normal break is enough for a short session on two or three machines.
Learn moreAfter work
Between 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm there are six hours of flexibility. Those who leave the office later can still train calmly at 9:00 pm instead of in a crowd.
Learn moreWhat keeps an appointment reliable
Training rarely fails due to lack of willpower, but because a meeting got moved. Four things at the studio are designed to help your plan withstand that.
Early opening
Operations start at 6:00 am Monday to Friday, with the training area, changing rooms and showers available from the first minute. No need to wait for a later opening.
Short sessions
We put together your plan so it can be split into a short and a longer version. On tight days, you do the short one — instead of none at all.
Evening classes
Evening classes have fixed start times and repeat on the same day each week. This makes them a calendar entry, not just an intention.
Weekend training
Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Anyone who only manages one session during the week can catch up on the second at the weekend without time pressure.

At 9:00 pm, everything is still free
The late hours are the quietest of the day. Anyone leaving the office at 8:30 pm will find dumbbells, machines and showers free of queues — with time until 11:00 pm.
View class scheduleOur opening hours
17 hours on weekdays, 12 hours at the weekend: these hours apply the same way every day of the week, with no midday closure and no special rules for individual areas.

Workout flow
A 45-minute workout step by step
So that a training session fits between the end of work and dinner, it's fully planned out with us. Your training plan is ready digitally at the machine, the order of stations is set, and our staff know exactly what you're working on.
This way you lose no time searching or deliberating. The following sequence describes a typical equipment training session.

Five to eight minutes on the exercise bike, cross-trainer or treadmill. Warming up gets your circulation going and lowers the risk of injury during the first sets. If you're coming straight from the office, these minutes also help you switch off.

Two to three major exercises that engage several muscle groups at once: leg press, cable row, chest press. This order is no coincidence. While you're still fresh, your form stays clean, and that's exactly where most of the training benefit comes from.

Afterwards, two smaller exercises for shoulders, neck or back, plus one core exercise. Especially after long days of sitting, a stable core relieves the lower back. For each exercise, you'll typically do two to three sets.

Weights and reps are noted on the machine so the next session can build on them. At the end, you stretch the muscles you've worked. Changing rooms and showers are freely accessible after your session; bring your own towel and change of clothes.
Training windows
Training in the morning or evening?
We open from Monday to Friday at 6:00 am and close at 11:00 pm. This gives you two windows: before the working day and after it. Both work, but they differ in how busy the floor is and in the preparation they require from you. This comparison helps with the decision.
Early before work
- Quiet gym floor, short waiting times for popular equipment such as the leg press and lat pulldown
- Your session won't be cancelled just because a meeting runs long
- Longer warm-up needed, as the body is still stiff in the morning
- Bag and workout clothes should be packed the evening before
After work
- More strength and mobility, as the body has been active throughout the day
- The full class schedule is mostly concentrated in the evening hours
- Between 5 and 8 pm is the busiest time
- Late, intense training can delay sleep for some people
